B.H. Trinh and T.T. Nguyen Pharmacy offers services for the preparation and distribution of intravenous medication, palliative solutions, total parenteral nutrition, enteral materials, and equipment. It also offers professional support for patients as well as a free home delivery service.

Clinical Support
- We have a team of pharmacists available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Pharmacists and customer service team are available for ongoing clinical, educational, and advisory support. A person is also available to teach how to use the different pumps, and to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- We have a variety of educational tools and references, catalogs, brochures, and resource manuals.
- Our opening hours are:
- Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- 24/7 emergency services
- In case of emergencies:
- In case of emergencies during opening hours, the patient simply has to call the pharmacy. ( : 1.800.335.1345 or
- Outside opening hours, the patient must call the pharmacy and follow the instructions to reach the on-duty pharmacist. He/she will call back within ten minutes.
- We have several pumps available and ready to ship at any time.
Our Pharmacists
Our Pharmacists, as experts in various intravenous medication, intravenous palliative drugs, and total parenteral nutrition, discuss with patients the therapeutic management, storage, and possible drug interactions.

Customer service
Our customer service team are pharmacy technicians with knowledge of drugs and the RAMQ and private drug insurance programs. Our technicians will arrange deliveries with you.
